I am over 20 weeks pregnant and still waiting for my MATB1 certificate, I cannot start my maternity leave arrangements until I have it and my boss requested it for the 5th. I am also needing some prescriptions but my midwife has ignored my messages I have left asking for it and she has not contacted me, what should I do?
