5 weeks 4 days early scan…help!!!!

Good evening everyone - just looking for a bit of advise…..

I have been a complete nervous wreck after getting our BFP through a FET (second attempt) - I am currently 5weeks 4 days, and this morning I stupidly went and booked an early scan hoping it would reassure me. But now it’s made me panic even more.
They said they could see a gestational sac but no yolk yet. Has this happened to anyone else and gone on to have a successful pregnancy?

I know it’s so early, but I had seen people who got heartbeats at 5 and a half weeks and I thought I would of seen more 🥺

Any input/stories/advise is so so welcome!

This is why many ivf clinics won't scan prior to 7 weeks from transfer as it's just too soon to see anything.

It's so early! I'd not expect to see anything at this stage. My EPU won't scan until 7 weeks as it's more definitive. If you can, hold off until close to 7 weeks and then you should see more. What you saw is not abnormal for the gestation you're at x

I could kick myself for booking in for a scan so early. My clinic isn’t scanning me until 29th. So I’ll just wait until then and hope everything is ok!

I had some bleeding so my clinic got me in for a scan, same as you sac but no yolk yet and said that's what they expect to see.
When I was 7 weeks there was a heartbeat.

I know it's so hard to wait.

I'm surprised anywhere scanned you so early! I wish there was some restriction on private scans until at least 7 weeks, unless you have concerning symptoms. Heartbeat can only been seen from 6 weeks on.
