Does working on prolific affect SMP?

Hello. Please someone help. I was wondering what counts as self employment during maternity leave? Specifically if working for sites like upwork, prolific and user testing will stop my SMP payment? Thank you

I don't think so. I used Prolific during maternity leave. I don't earn that much, I doubt anyone can earn enough to affect this.

Thank you so much for responding. The definition of self employed is all just a lil bit confusing when it comes to SMP.
