I have had sore achey breasts since around 9dpo. I got my BFP around 11dpo i am now 16/17 DPO. . I have had breast implants coming up to 10 years with no issues. My one breast is far more painful than the other , Infact I don’t think I have any soreness in the other. The one with pain seems to have become a lot heavier and slightly harder. Can it be normal to have breast tenderness in just one breast ?? It’s too much of a coincidence that this started when I became pregnant, surely.
thank you xxxx

Breasts tenderness in early pregnancy is completely normal, in fact it's often the first symptom women notice.

With having implants there may be some nerve damage or other issues from them which might explain why only one is tender. It's worth mentioning it to your midwife as the risks with implants during pregnancy may be different to women without them.
