It's more about the temperature it's reached, a bit pink I'm sure fine, I had medium rare steak most weeks for the first 7 months!

I was wondering if it was okay medium.. if it was a little pink in the middle but mostly brown inside with a little pink or does it have too be completely brown like a boot 🤣 as roast beef is usually pink inside when cooked..?

you sure I’m 11 weeks pregnant and I just don’t want too fuck anything up I thought if it’s a little pink in the middle it should be fine and mostly brown inside surely it’ll be okay x

You'll be fine, enjoy the beef!

As long as its not rare or uncooked it'll be fine. Even if it was rare the chances of picking anything up are still absolutely miniscule!
