Ultrasound at 17 weeks, is this hinting at the sex of the baby?

Had an ultrasound today measuring at 17+4 weeks. I saw what looks like a hint of the baby's genitalia on the scan. Do you think it's possible to tell the sex from this? If so what is your guess?

Looks to me like that’s the top part of body (where the head is)
