Hi Mums and future ones.
I'm 10 weeks pregnant and since week 5 I felt very tired and nauseous. I know it's normal but I feel nauseas regarding to smells and things/thoughts of things. I know the smell is the most common but I don't get the other one.
For instance, using social media made me feel sick and nauseos (the infinite scroll was the cause of it) talking about my pregnancy also makes me feel very sick. I had some works done at home and the kitchen in particular ended up filled with dust, I cleaned it but thinking/seeing that dust over water bottles or packs of pasta makes me feel nauseous as well. I know it sounds crazy but I don't know if it's just me being an odd person or someone else had the same thing. I have the theory that subconsciously I associated the smell of the new plaster on those home works to the dust and that's what makes me feel so sick. I haven't vomit at all so far, but each time it's gotten worse. And every time I'm in the kitchen makes me feel very ill.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, what helped you to do so?
