Ovulution after miscarriage

Hi, I miscarried on June 12 (5 weeks). Bleeding stopped on 8 July as it happened naturally.
I have pcos and irregular periods.
I am taking metformin and myo-inositol.
When will ovulution happen and what is the best way to track it as did't track before.

Firstly, I am so sorry for your loss. It's horrible and I hope you take some time to grieve your loss.

After my miscarriage, I used the Clearblue digital ovulation tests to track mine and get a better understanding of my cycles and I knew exactly when I was ovulating, and after a few months it was like clock work but I continued using them until we wanted to try again... low and behold, 6 months later when we decided to try again, I was pregnant after first cycle using these and I now have a beautiful 3 year old daughter.

They're not cheap tests but I think they're worth every penny!!
