Very random but why is my bump at the bottom soft, squidgy and bumpy like lines and it's also a bit tender to touch along it? Just curious 😂 I'm 36+5

Could it be stretch mark lines/ bumps?
I found them quite sore/itchy and definitely leave a texture..
