Leg or nub?

Sorry I am trying to figure out nub theory thing then wondered if it is actually part of a leg? It's long like a girl but rises a bit like a boy then I thought is it just a leg? This is 14 weeks.

Ah thank you! I've had mixed reviews as some think boy and girl then I just wasn't sure if it was even a nub as seemed quite big for 14 weeks! Thank you though! I was unsure when to do a gender scan as some places do it from 16 weeks and others not until near 20 weeks. Our nhs don't do it sadly

For reference this is my boys scan and it looks very similar so I would say boy. Im now 39 weeks and at my 36 week scan saw a very large pair of testicles so pretty certain it's a boy 😂

@Flopsy145 😂 thank you very much for that reference as really helps trying to understand it all. Not prepared for huge balls but that'll be funny to see! First baby so now to learn about boy things and adapt as no boys in the family! Best of luck for your boys imminent arrival!!!

@Reddy01 they were honestly massive it was the only thing I could see clearly on the scan, and my friend said they stay massive for a few days/weeks 😂 thank you, good luck to you as well!

Well this is different. My friend did early glimpse for me and got this!

I have my scan in a week but I thought the same as you lot so it'll be interesting. I'll keep you all posted!

@RebeccaT97 and @verylongday sorry I wish I could help but I'm just as clueless!! I do think you need to be nearer 13/14 weeks for it to be more accurate though 🤷‍♀️

Oh wow that is different! You could also try the nub queens Facebook group they seem to get a lot right and it's free, if you were looking for an extra opinion

@Babyenroute thank you! I did that and they said girl too! I know it's just a theory and i can see how hard it is to tell but I look forward to next week's gender scan

Thought I'd update with scan reveal today. They say baby girl! There are other pictures and I did worry beforehand that it may not be easy but there was no sign of any male parts! Thank you all for your guesses anyway. It is certainly not an easy thing to predict.

13w4d ultrasound, I can’t tell if I’m seeing a boy nub or if it’s part of the leg.

Nubs theories are a 50/50 guess. It isn't a proven method.
My friend paid for something similar to the one above, they said girl, and she had a boy. They charge money for a "specialist" to look at it, and refund the incorrect ones. This means by the law of averages they make profit. The only way to know for certain, is during your next scan op.

I thought it was baby's leg curled around and it's foot? 😂

Boy or girl , I feel like I'm having a girl but having mixed views and the nub isn't really clear n could possibly be baby's foot or something,as baby was super wriggly when. Went for scan .
