Sneak peek test wrong?!

I did the sneak peek finger prick test at 11 weeks and results came back boy. Went for a gender scan today at 18 weeks and sonographer is confident it’s a girl!
Has anyone else had this happen? I’m not sure what to believe now!

It sounds like it was the at home test rather than the clinical. If so, they are renowned for being wrong x

I had different results from sneak peek at 16 weeks and the NHS 20 week scan. I’m 38 weeks now and will be back to update which was right 😂 (hopefully before too long!)

@soscarlet, was your test at 16 weeks the at home test?

I would be more inclined to trust the sonographer tbh, this also doesn't look like either of my son's scans. I know with the sneak peek test they can easily be contaminated with male DNA, so you would have needed to thoroughly decontaminate wherever you tested. Apparently it can even pick up male pet DNA and at home if you live with another male it's near on impossible to guarantee a clinical environment.
