Positive or evap line

Heya guys. I need some help here. Quick bit of background. I have pcos and irregular periods but lately they have been super regular and only a few days out. I’m now 2 weeks late and no signs of an impending period. I have done 2 test in the mornings which appear to be a faint line but when I try again in the evening they have come back negative ( different days) so now I’m a little confused, not sure if it’s an evaporation line or faint positive. I want it to be a positive but the negatives are throwing me off. Line appeared after 7/8 mins.

The line looks positive. What strength are these? Id get a more sensitive test. The strips I have are 25miu and I've only got a faint positive today compared to the frer and easy at home which are clear as anything.

Hi OP.
If your period is two weeks late, you'd have blazing lines on all your tests, in a viable pregnancy.

Can you get yourself a FRER and try again?

The line on the test you've posted is faint and unclear.

That looks like an evap line to me OP I wouldn’t say that is positive, as previous poster said by 2 weeks late you would expect to see a very obvious line. Maybe try a different type of test x

Thankyou, not sure on the strength as just ound them in the draw and thought I’d just double check. Congratulations on your faint positive today!! I’m off to get some more tests but will wait till tomorrow morning I think.

If your period is two weeks late, you don't need to use FMU.

It looks positive to me. If you want confirmation, try the First Response Early Response test, it's more sensitive. You can also try waiting a few days and testing again. You may just be very early.

Despite your period being two weeks late, your PCOS means that you may sometimes ovulate later than usual. One of the unfortunate things about PCOS is that judging dates based on periods/expected periods can be a bit tricky. So you could be earlier than expected.

@TheShellBeach I did one before bed and I had another faint line, I tested this morning with the digital and came up “not pregnant” :( feeling a little deflated, I really thought i was for a minute.

If you're early in pregnancy, a digital can be negative.

I know you're not sure where you are in your cycle.

I'd keep testing, and see if the lines get darker.

You might actually be only 10dpo. It's hard to tell. Don't give up hope yet.

Im Just going to wait and see for the time being. I feel a little crampy and off today so most likely my period coming 🙄
