Has anyone experienced this? I'm 12 weeks today with no.2 and throughout the first trimester I am waking up in the night covered head to toe in sweat. It's pretty much exactly like the postpartum night sweats you get after birth. Except I'm having them now. I never had these with my DD. Is it something to worry about? My whole body from chest to shins is wet!! But I'm not necessarily hot. It's irritating

I’m experiencing this. I’m 5+2 and literally waking in the night cold where I’ve sweat so much that I’m soaked through head to toe. I then grab another blanket where I’m cold then the cycle continues. Even my hair is soaked 🙈
normally when I’m on my period I get this for the first few days so I’m guessing it’s the hormones. It’s not nice though

This has happened to me a few times, usually as I wake up from a really vivid dream which seems to happen a lot when I'm pregnant. Either I'm sweating or I'm shivering and freezing cold.

Pleased I'm not alone. So irritating and uncomfortable though!! You're right about it usually being after a vivid dream. I hadn't connected the dots until you mentioned it
