Pregnancy, period or just unwell?

I thought my period was due yesterday(4/7/24) but I worked it out on period calculators it's due today. Still nothing yet. I've been nauseous for a few days now, with headaches last 3 days. I'm tired out, was super tired on Monday and again today...don't know I coped at work.
I usually get strong pain when period coming front and back with the feeling of period coming out but it's just a dull ache bottom of my back. I've done a pregnancy test and it was negative. What do you think? I don't have a fever or anything.
No blood at all.

Also I don't want anymore children but the thought I might be pregnant makes me want to be.

PMS symptoms and early pregnancy symptoms are very similar and you'd be unable to tell the difference at this point anyways. Even if you don't regularly experience these symptoms, you can't immediately go to or rule out pregnancy, as PMS symptoms can change month by month.

The only way to tell is to get a pregnancy test. If your last one was negative, you can wait another couple of days and re-test with first morning urine, as there is always a chance you ovulated late which could push back testing times (and push back your period date, too). If it's still negative, it's advised to see a doctor if your cycle lasts ~90+ days with negative pregnancy tests.
