10 weeks scan does it look normal?? Anxiety overload!!!!

You can't see if a foetus may have Downs Syndrome from a 10 week scan. You'll have to wait for the combined screening.

I'm so sorry you're feeling worried.
I can see why you might have been as the nuchal translucency is very obvious on this scan. We read far too many articles these days :) In all likelihood it's just the angle and anyway it's not indicative of anything even if actually thick! It's just one amongst many things that can occur for all types of bening reasons as well as down syndrome.
The best thing to lay your mind at rest is to do the blood test. If you can't wait for the NHS, plenty of private companies do the NIPT! Maybe worth it for your own sanity?

Looks just like mine did at around 10 weeks and my NT measurement at 13 weeks was normal :) x
