I'm almost 20 weeks pregnant,
In first trimester I felt anxious Easter Confusednow feeling much better but still I find some changes in mine brain.
Someone had the same and what they do, or maybe take same supplements?

You need to reach out to your midwife and let them know how you're feeling. Some brain fog is normal but some women really struggle with anxiety in pregnancy and this can affect you so much. Being well rested, eating well, drinking enough water and taking a good multivitamin can't hurt but do have a chat with your midwife and see what they recommend.
