Hi all - completely new to Mumsnet and found this thread whilst googling for reassurance! I tested positive 2 days ago, this will be my first pregnancy.

I've had period like stomach ache and back pain for the last week or so on and off and a headache all day today behind the eyes.

Is anyone experiencing/has experienced the same symptoms? Are they normal?

Congratulations.
I tested positive a few days ago too. Similar symptoms. This is not my first pregnancy though. I know I'll start to feel really rubbish at about the 6 week mark so just enjoying this bit for now.
I've also had insomnia and constipation TMI.
