Pregnancy after Miscarraige

Hi everyone, I've just found out I'm pregnant. Very early on as not even due my period for another 2 days. But I'm having a lot of cramping in my lower back, I would swear my period is going to come.

I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks at the beginning of the year and was wondering if anyone experienced cramping as a symptom of pregnancy, especially a pregnancy after miscarraige? I'm so worried something will go wrong.

Hi @Sophamy, gentle congratulations and I’m sorry about your loss. There are lots of us on here navigating pregnancy after loss, although I didn’t have back cramps early on, I did have period type abdominal cramps (after two MMCs) with my current pregnancy:

For me it felt like periods were coming any day but then didn't and turned out I was pregnant. Good luck!
