Hi,
New here. TTC for over a year. Regularly have left sided pain. Been for 2 ultrasounds and they say all okay. Based on OPKs I should have ovulated sunday/Monday. Today I've had cramps on and off. Just around an hour ago the pain on my left side became so severe I almost collapsed to the floor. I was crippled in pain for around 30 minutes. It travelled from my left side all around my lower abdomen and back. It eventually eased off with heat pack. I've had ovulation pain before but not to this extent. Also I am sure I ovulated on Sunday as I had twinges and slight pain then. Anyone have any ideas ? We only DTD this month on Tues, Thur and sat so worried now if it was ovulation I'll have missed it. Or is this a sign it maybe was conception? Sorry for long post and thanks.

If you haven't conceived I'd go back and ask for more tests. I have exactly the same and took me a good 4 years of hounding my doctors for more tests to find out I have endometriosis. It doesn't pick up on an ultrasound I had to have a camera through my tummy to find it, I have scarred tubes from the endometriosis so ovulation is horrendously painful for me. Also with you TTC for over a year that could be the reason. Would definitely go back and ask for other tests
