Give me a shake please!?
I’m 38 weeks and have been eating utter junk most days since I finished up for mat leave last week - today for example I’ve had a massive bowl of cereal, a roll and sausage and I’m fighting the urge to order in a takeaway (and losing) and it’s only bloody half 3!
I’ve ate fairly healthily up until now and I’ve not put on a lot of extra weight so I know logically it not a big deal but I just feel so gross and guilty about it!
How do I either get some self control or stop feeling guilty about it?

It is hard but I'd say just remind yourself this is a few weeks in the grand scheme of things. It's rlly not gonna make a difference! X

Stop feeling guilty! I had bouts of craving and eating junk during both my pregnancies and I have two gorgeous, healthy children who were not impacted at all by it! Pregnancy is weird and bizarre and sometimes you just need to shove a chippy in your mouth 😂

I was so sick during the whole pregnancy I mainly survived on junk food - anything I could keep down and didn't smell while cooking. Everything turned out OK.

38 weeks? Do what you gotta do at that stage.

Good luck!

Im 38 weeks today and I've survived on pretty much crap . I've zero self control 😆

Do not beat yourself up, your body craves what it craves.
I was hooked on big macs, chocolate milkshakes and calipos; I even had a BM and shake when in labour, asked DH to pick them up when he was coming to take me to hospital.

I mean it's cereal and sausage not crack ! Eat what makes you happy 😊

Thank you for all the kind messages. This isn’t even my first so I feel silly getting worked up over things like this too and then make myself more upset, it totally daft 🙃
Dh brought in takeaway for us all on his way home from work and cake bless him

What on earth is wrong with eating cereal and a roll and a sausage? Those are just perfectly normal food?
