20week scan

I had my 20week scan yesterday and the sonographer said it was difficult to scan but what she reported and has referred me to a specialist Dr was a slightly small femur and an enlarged heart.im worried sick about this all my 12wk scan was fine and my tests for abnormalities Please help

I don’t know about the heart but my baby had small femurs on scan all the way through. I saw a consultant too, I did a lot of research and it seems to be you’re common as the femur is so small even a tiny amount makes such a big difference. My baby was born 8lb 1 and is in the 90tg percentile for length x

Update everything is fine, he has a small femur but they aren't too concerned

That’s great, as said in my previous post my son had small femurs all the way through but is actually very long!
