i have an 18m old due to start nursery in sept and a new baby due in Nov. I am currently full time at home and going to apply for maternity allowance before new baby arrives. Has anyone on here been successful in getting any free childcare hours for an older child while on maternity allowance (not maternity leave or SMP)? Thank you so much,
