If I wasn't 13 weeks pregnant I'd think I have appendicitis. I've had lower right abdomen pain for 2+ weeks now but it seems to be getting worse. It hurts to stand up, sneeze, cough, have sex etc all in that same specific area. Has anyone else experienced such acute pain at this stage? Hoping it's just a weird form of round ligament pain!
