im pregnant with my third child, nearly 9 years last pregnency. I’m nearly 5 weeks (EDD 3/3/25) I’m absolutely terrified I’m going to miscarry or it’s a eptopic. I’ve already booked a reassurance scan but it’s 3 weeks off!!! I found out so early this time.
I have sore tender boobs, which was the first sign. I’m having waves of slight nausea but nothing major YET. Lines getting darker in tests which I’m doing every 48hrs 🫣 I know there isn’t anything I can do but my anxiety is threw roof this time.
Anyone else due March 2025?

I know it really difficult, I’m 6 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I just have to keep telling myself not to worry & change my mindset to a positive. Think of all the exciting things that are going to happen. Way easier said than done I know, but every time I catch myself worrying I try and put a positive thought in its place. I’ve also decided to stop testing because I was worrying before each one.

You need to look into the cause if your anxiety or this will be a very long 9 months for your whole family. Have you had a loss before? Was your previous pregnancy horrendous? Are you in an at risk category? All these can then be worked on once identified.

I’ve been very lucky regarding my last 2 pregnancies be it 12 & 9 years ago. I had severe Hyperemesis gravidirum last time. No losses. I think it’s because I lost my husband last year and this baby is with a new partner. It looks like I’m due on mine and late husbands anniversary which would have been 23 years, seeing this as a sign it’s ok. Once I’ve had my scan on 17th July I think il feel better. I’m experiencing symptoms like boob soreness and waves of nausea especially when rushing anround etc Also bloated/gassy. Increase in white vaginal discharge. No cramps apart from I remember on 7/8DPO, which I assume would have been implantation.

Anxiety is not great for your mental health or for your baby. Please try some breathing exercises and listen to calming music to take your mind off of it. Eat healthy and keep hydrated. Whatever is meant to be will be and some things are out of our control but stress and anxiety can be controlled so please try.
