Constipation and bleeding

Hi , I am experiencing PV bleeding while moving my bowel. Some times blood stain or brown discharge . Some days there’s nothing . Today I have some clotted blood like period , I am constipated for last 3 days . I am 9 week now . Really concerned , it’s IVF and I’m on progesterone . Does anyone have any similar symptoms?

Fybogel is safe to use in pregnancy for constipation, but it would probably be best to speak to the fertility clinic about the bleeding in case they want to scan you.
