Bleeding at 15 weeks??

Hiya I'm 15+2 weeks and for the last 4-5 days I've been having brown discharge, like a period but brown. Only tonight I was about to grab a fruit snack and go to bed but I needed to pee. I wiped and there was a light red coloured blood, I've never made it this far in pregnancy before and I'm really frightened I'm going to miscarry, any advice or reassurance?

Do you have a phone number you can call in your baby folder? If not I would ring 111 and speak to them to see what they say.

I had a bleed further along and ended up in hospital for a few days. They couldn't find out what caused it but everything was okay in the end.

I hope you and the baby are all good.

I've called 111 they suggested to call the doctors first thing tomorrow and ask for an emergency scan to make sure baby is okay, I appreciate it more than you know, this is all so new and scary for us ❤️
