Some sites say yes and others say high risk for listeria. Does anyone know?

Absolutely fine, really good for you in fact! Use the NHS list for foods, lots online are based on other countries' recommendations who often have less stringent food hygiene standards than the UK.

It’s fine. Just keep it in the fridge and eat within a couple of days of opening.
