Is this test positive?

I did this test this morning, around 7DPO. The line showed straight away. This afternoon I have had a negative test, so not sure what to think!

Looks positive. Urine more dilute later in day so less accurate. I'd do another one with first wee of the day in a couple of days.

I see a very faint line..
Maybe do an early pregnancy test tomorrow to be sure
