Clexane - when did you stop?

I am currently 33 weeks pregnant after 4 miscarriages. No cause was ever found but I was put on clexane, aspirin, progesterone and steroids just in case.

Saw doctor today and she mentioned coming over clexane at 36 weeks - previous doctors have advised staying on until delivery though so im confused on what is best :(

When did others come off clexane during pregnancy?

I was on clexane due to previous DVT and I stopped at 6 weeks post partum.. Imagine advice will be different depending on trust and reasons for having it etc

I'm on clexane until full term. Each consultant is so different with guidance, it's confusing.

Can I ask what dosage of aspirin you're on? My consultant initially prescribed 75mg daily however, midwife has upped to 150mg daily.

As far as I know it's usually until full term as the reasons for starting it are still present so risk is still there. You need to be off it minimum 12 hours before having an epidural or spinal so any notion of labour you hold the dose or prior to planned IOL or section. It's usually aspirin that stops at 36 weeks.
Is there a haematology midwife in your unit that you're linked with? Normally they'd have the up to date advice. I'd query it again anyway if you can
