Hello need advice massively I’m on the pill never missed one and have 6 children I missed my period and did a random test not thinking of the results can you get false positives as I’m in shock and won’t to cry 😞

They are pretty strong positives. If this isn't what you want then I am sorry. You have options available to you if so, which are worth considering. Sending you hugs though, it must be a big shock.
