Loss of Nausea, 8 weeks

Hi all.

im currently 8w+2d pregnant. I had an early scan at 7 weeks and saw a flickering heartbeat and the scan went really well. Last Thursday was the last day I felt really nauseous.. since then I have mostly felt ok (sometimes a slight gag in the morning but nothing compared)

it’s really sent me on a tail spin and my anxiety is through the roof, I’m still really tired and my boobs are tender. I have my first midwife appointment this Friday so going to mention it there too.

has anyone had anything similar and any positive stories to try and help calm this overwhelming anxiety I just can’t shift? 😔

Hi, Just wondering if everything was okay? I am 8 weeks 3 days and my breast tenderness has eased a lot and it's making me worried!

If it makes you feel any better, I've had super fluctuating symptoms with both nausea and breast tenderness on and off over the last few weeks and it has been super anxiety inducing, but had a scan yesterday (11+3) and all is fine, so I think it can be normal. Hope you're both ok and able to distract from it! xx

I had pregnancy symptoms until 7/8 weeks then I felt great- on all of my pregnancies

It's completely normal for symptoms to come and go in the first trimester and has no bearing on the viability of the pregnancy.

You may be lucky and find that your sickness has stopped completely now or, more likely, it will lull you onto a false sense of security for a few days and then it'll be back with a vengeance.

I'm 14 weeks now and have had times where I haven't even felt pregnant for a few days but the symptoms always come back!

I had a miscarriage last pregnancy and I'm overthinking everything im really trying not to so I don't stress myself out 😩

Mine also went just before 8 weeks, it lasted less than a week and my nausea came flooding back yesterday morning! It comes and goes lovely x

I know this is an old post, but I am feeling the same anxiety! I'm 7 weeks 1 day today,not had any bleeding or cramps, but nausea seems to have dropped, and I felt 'normal' today. Any other positive updates would be welcomed! 💓💓

This is amazing to hear! I actually just got back from an early 8 week scan. Baby is the right size and has a heartbeat 💓 sickness is coming and going, I think I need to relax a little!
