When to BD using OPK-s - BFP

What are the days to BD? Do you start when your LH starts to rise? Or when you get your first +opk?

If ovulation day varies each month how do you know when to start BD? -
Experiences based on BFP?

I'd say start once the tests begin getting darker, as I always had a very fast peak so didn't want to miss it. I never got a very strong positive though.

It took a long time for me to conceive but the fertility nurse/midwife told me it's best to BD for 5 days before suspected ovulation to ensure there is plenty of sperm there for when you do release the egg.

My problem was ovulation day could differ slightly each month. So then it was just suggest to BD every other day from after period ended, until after ovulation was confirmed and OPKs began to fade off again. Hope this helps!
