Scan photo 5+6

I had an early scan on Monday, I was measured 5+6 although I thought I was 5+4 based on last period.
She said she can see the start of a flicker and has booked me in for next week for a follow up scan.

I've had some spotting this evening, just the once, but I'm a bit nervous.

I know it sounds silly, but does the scan pic look normal to anyone who's also had an early scan? The yolk sac and fetal pole are there but don't look like any of the images I've googled

I tried to edit again but I couldn't!
Is it normal for the fetal pole to look bent in half like that lol. All the ones I've seen are straight.
This sounds like such a ridiculous question, I'm just confused, or maybe not reading the scan right 😂

What did sonographer say? That's more important than comparing to random photos. That's very early to have a scan anyway.
