Vivid dreams about being pregnant followed by positive test

Has anyone experienced a light bleed before but nothing like their normal period, then for weeks after feel like the period symptoms never passed e.g. tender breasts, cramping, headache? Then at the weekend I noticed a heightened sense of smell and more frequently needing to wee.. last night I then had a really vivid dream about finding out I was pregnant… I decided to take a test today just to put my mind at ease and satisfy myself that I was just over thinking things however the test was positive… anyone else ever experienced this but the test was wrong?

@ThatWildLemur that definitely looks positive! How long ago was the 'period'? Some women get quite heavy implantation bleeding and mistakes it for AF. Good luck!

@SnookyPook i started on the 01.06 but it was nothing like a normal period i only had dark brown blood (sorry for tmi) very light and only lasted 2/3 days. Normally im so heavy and bleed for 7 days straight and normally bright red blood.

Thanks it was a positive but unfortunately ended in a early miscarriage
