I have found this new spot under my nipple. I am 18 weeks pregnant and it looks like a 2nd nipple! Anyone have a clue what it could be? Do i contact my midwife about this?

It just looks like a pimple to me. How long has it been there? Any other changes to your breast? Any pain/rippling/indents/discharge?

Oh wow it looks like it could be a supernumerary nipple. Defo mention to midwife though.

See your GP. Midwife won’t be able to do anything.

Pregnancy does all kinds of weird things to our bodies, I kept on thinking I had crumbs in my bra, turns out I had 4 new moles appear right in the crease/fold, told midwife and I got a Drs appointment same day. I thought the first pic was your actual nipple.
Mention it tomorrow and you'll be seen sharpish.

Looks like an extra nipple which has swollen due to hormones!

Or maybe just a gross spot. See a doctor

I have been getting spots like this on my shoulders and my chest sins about 6 weeks but with it being on your boob I would just get doctors to have a check of it best to be safe..
