Red bleeding stopped now brown

Has anyone had a bright red bleed that stopped after 1 hour followed by dark brown discharge I'm currently 12+3 have a scan today but can't help but worry 😢

Hi, This happened to me at 9+2(last week). I got a scan at EPU, and it was just a bleeding in the uterus, the sonographer didn't worry about it. I had a good heartbeat measuring a few days behind, and a vanishing twin too, which might be related or not. I will have a follow up scan next week. Hopefully everything goes well for both of us

Thanks so much for replying I'm just back from scan baby is OK said I have subchorionic bleed but everything is OK xx
