White skin near vagina entrance

Hiya! i would really appreciate some help and advice i thought i had thrush but when i looked at my vagina there was a patch of skin thats gone white near the entrance. Any ideas of what this could be? I am nearly 12 weeks pregnant

I'd pop into nearest gum clinic. They're more qualified to have a look than gp/mumsnet.
