Hi, I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant.
while on holiday I have discovered this mole under the boob area and I’m quite concerned, of course I’ve googled and google is telling me the absolute worse so now I can’t settle!
ive never had a mole before, i do have a lot of freakles but now im seriously concerned this is something serious.
I have never done a sunbed and would never have crazy exposure to sun except for couple hours every day on holiday.
please tell me is this normal for new moles to appear in pregnancy? How do you think it looks?
as soon as we are back I will be going to the GP but hoping someone could maybe help me settle because I am so worried & scared.
i have pictured it below

Hey - It looks ok to me (but I have no medical training). My dermatologist told me it's when moles change that there's need to be concerned. So once they appear, if it then starting changing shape / colour ect then you might need to worry. That looks pretty symmetrical ect, but go see the GP and they can refer you to the dermatologist if they feel the need. Could you send the GP a photo whilst you're still on holiday? They might be able to provide some reassurance with a phone consultation x

I think it's fairly common to get new moles in pregnancy, I certainly do.
I remember one came up on my leg last pregnancy and I was like woah! But I had it checked and it was absolutely fine, apparently change of hormones can cause new ones to pop up.
