Hi,

Myself and my partner have been TTC for 2 years, we did have a pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage 3 weeks in back in Feb 23, and we haven’t had any luck since.

I had scans and blood tests that seems to show all ok my side for now. My partner had a sperm analysis in March that were all in the ‘normal’ range Barr the morphology which sadly was at 0%, 100% abnormal with most being head defects.

has anyone conceived with the same results? He has cut down on caffeine and We are currently taking COQ10, selenium, vit C and omega 3 and will be 3 months taking this in July.

does anyone have any advice? Success stories to fuel the hope I am slowly giving up on? I have heard Impryl has success stories, are these true?

really appreciate everyone’s input ❤️

My partner had less than 1% morphology and managed to turn it around and get a normal sample in less than 3 months I'm holding my one week old as I type this after tyc for 2 years . We followed what fab & Elle on YouTube did they have a video on what they took and did as well as that my partner cutting out caffeine he drank A LOT off coffee and cut out alcohol we tried to conceive naturally for 2 years and were literally days away from starting IVF when I fell pregnant naturally. I'd definitely watch that video from fab and Elle on YouTube where they go through what they took to get pregnant .

My husband has 1% morphology and we were looking at IVF. I conceived naturally which ended with a miscarriage at 6 weeks, then conceived naturally again which resulted in my now 15 year old daughter.

It's very possible OP and I wish you the best of luck.

Yes, 18 years ago with ICSI!

We got the same results 0% morphology.
My partner took impryl, CQ10, vitamin C, cut out all alcohol, reduced coffee to 1 per day and stated doing exercise. Stopped all hot baths, only wore loose pants and stopped cycling.
His results did improve quite a lot.

We did go ahead with ICSI and currently 6 weeks pregnant from that.

Thank you so much for your comments, it really does feed into my little glass of hope! You just assume it's natural easy thing to do we are 28 so was shock that it wasn't as easy as the rest of our friends.

Definitely going to try all of your recommendations ❤️

@Worried12342 my husband has just got his SA back with 0%morphology and only 12% mobility.

were Also going to follow what fab and el advised they did off youtube, there’s a couple of new vitamins to add in. I’m tempted by impryl but it is expensive! I think we’ll try the ones fab and el recommend and then try impryl after 3 months if not much improvement.

fingers crossed for you, it would be lovely to keep in touch and share anything which works!

Ah, I believe that isn't far off of my partners motility either. We aren't taking far off of what fab and elle did, I may just add a few more in. I saw on an IVF website for your partner to take selenium, it's another antioxidant so we are using that too.

It's so expensive isn't it works out nearly £200 for 3 months worth I think!!! Absolutely keep in touch, we are in this journey together! Wishing you all the best of luck with it all xx

@Nicpx after so much back and forth watching fab and ell together and reading about Impryl we’ve decided to give Impryl 3 months just to see. My husband is generally quite healthy, we walk everyday twice a day with our dog and we’ve both been taking coq10 and omega 3 for around 8 months and they can’t have done anything to help him yet so we thought try a completely different supplement!

Going to really try and encourage the loose fitting boxers/no boxers and really going to try and shake up the diet to follow as close to Mediterranean as possible xx
