Hi looking for some advice I'm in my first trimester and I have began to feel nauseous most of the time have any of you got any tips for this ?

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Things that helped me were making sure that my stomach was never empty - eat little and often, chewing minty gum and certain foods such as salt & vinegar crisps, sour sweets and Granny Smith apples.

Salt and vinegar discos and a handy stash of things to throw at anyone who suggests ginger biscuits and that it'll go at 12 weeks 👍🏼

Ditto to stomach never being empty, I have had days where I've had half a sandwich in a box by the bed in case I wake up hungry in the night..
