Feeling nervous about getting back into shape..

I'm nearing the end of my second pregnancy and my bump is huge, especially compared to my first pregnancy, everyone has commented on it and I regularly hear the "sure there's not two in there." At a 30 week scan he was showing to be 94th percentile in weight for that gestation.

I am usually a 12-14 and relatively toned, train as regularly as I can and eat well, I had an emergency section with my DD in 2021 and I think due to breastfeeding, eating well and walking was back to almost my pre pregnancy size quite quickly. I had however trained more in that pregnancy compared to this one, and was probably at a fitter pre pregnancy shape going into that pregnancy than I was with this one.

Due to a hematoma I couldn't train beyond a bit of yoga until 20 weeks, I then had to wait until 30 weeks to ramp anything up due to placenta location concerns. After that was all sorted I really had no motivation, was heavy and tired and just wasn't up for it. While my bump is pretty big, I don't feel massive anywhere else really, but I'm thinking how daunting it's going to be trying to come back from this especially around the tummy 😵‍💫

I'll be having a c section again most likely and plan on breastfeeding/walking/eating well again.

Looking for any advice/best practice/positive stories please ❤️
