Hi all first time posting , I’ve had 4 miscarriages within a year and I only ever got to 6-7 weeks but today I’m finally 12 weeks but as much as I should feel relieved I’m constantly worrying I’ve got my scan next Friday , I’ve had 2 scans got signed off of early pregnancy unit at 8weeks4 days scan , today I’ve had really bad diarrhoea and lower back pain and not feeling as sick I guess that’s a good sign but again all the time u feel sick u know alls ok, just feeling different in myself today , I’m probably just really overthinking and worrying myself just wondering if anyone else got diarrhoea around this time and back pain ? Feel kinda heavy down below to not like really heavy just maybe more like a swelling u now that feeling u get when it’s that time of month , really hope this is normal xx

My pregnancies were so different to each other that all I can say is symptom spotting doesn't give any clues.
You're meant to feel less sick around 12 weeks but I wonder if EPU would have you in for a scan today, with your previous tragic losses? Or if you can afford it, a private clinic? A week is such a long time.

I was on heparin after miscarriages, and second rainbow baby is 3 in August

Agree it is reassuring to have sickness. Once she or he starts kicking, it's much better.

Thank u for answering me I’ve got no spotting at all so hopeful it’s just me over thinking, I was going to do a private scan today but when I called my midwife she advised me not to as I have one on Friday and to much radiation in a short period of time but agree Friday seems so far away but I am so thankful to get to this stage and I’m hoping all is ok , they advised me to just take it easy and all the time no spotting was a good sign , just usually I hear of constipation and that’s what I have been so to have sudden change and back pain just worried me abit x
