I know this thread has been done so much, I'm just so nervous about every little thing due to previous loss.

I'm 5 weeks today and since 3 weeks I've had really noticeable cramps. I found out really early, and had a lot of cramping and sore boobs, but they've seemed to ease off now and it's making me so paranoid.

Just looking for some reassurance I suppose and to hear others experiences of the early days.

first of all, congratulations! 🥳

I am also 5 weeks and like you I found out early as well. I have had the same symptoms as you too. the cramping is still on and off and boobs still sore just a little less this week..from what i’ve read online it’s quite common! all this time i’ve haven’t had any nausea but the past few days it’s started coming through, so I think our bodies are just all over the place at the minute with the hormones

@cherrybl0ssom5 I've just taken a clear blue and it's gone up to 3+ so hoping that's enough to reassure me for now! These early days are hard until we get to the scan! I know everybody says this but I'd rather be being sick at this point just so I feel pregnant lol.

Congratulations to you too 🥳🥳

Congratulations!

It is very normal for symptoms to come and go and the pain will be where everything is relaxing (round ligament pain is not fun!) and baby implanting cosier!

I had no symptoms second time round other than exhaustion and i had on and off bleeding which was scary. First time round i had no bleeds but nausea!

cherrybl0ssom5 · 13/06/2024 10:02

@Starjumpfifty omg yes that’s good! I know right it’s torture. do you think you’ll get a private early scan? trying to hold off until 1st NHS scan but i’m in two minds

I've been getting a lot of round ligament pain already (I think, is that where you feel it in your ovaries?) I've got a daughter already and had another pregnancy previous to this one but I didn't have any cramps or ligament pain like I'm having with this one. It's nothing painful or worrying, just so much more noticeable than before!

I think I will tbh, I'm trying to convince myself to wait until the 12 weeks, but I know hearing that heartbeat will change everything 💖 if I do, I'll book one at 7 weeks. It's just a long wait otherwise and like you said it's torture 😂

I had loads of cramps until around 6/7 weeks and I'm 12 weeks now and still sometimes get these period like pains, just not often now

It was the same with my first too

I have had a chemical at 4 weeks, what how far along were you with previous losses?

Peonies12 · 13/06/2024 10:27

Yep I’ve had all sorts of cramps, twinging, pulling; and I’m 24 weeks now.

Henski · 13/06/2024 10:46

Exactly the same I’m 4+3, very intense cramps since positive test and sore boobs, the cramps have eased significantly which made me paranoid too, did clear blue digital yesterday and it went up from 1-2 to 2-3 so I felt reassured yesterday but todays a new day of paranoia 😂

Every day is a new day of paranoia 😂 glad I'm not alone 😂

It’s funny how you wish for sore boobs and nausea and cramps just so you know everything still might be ok!

Starjumpfifty · 13/06/2024 14:38

Bit tmi but I've had loads of discharge every day since implantation and yesterday and today I've had none 🤔 has anybody else had that?

I don’t have much during the day, but do have first thing in the morning
