Nub theory ideas!

Can anyone who knows anything about nub theory take a guess at my scan photo please? Exactly 12 weeks at the scan! Been reading about nub theory for a few weeks but have no idea myself! TIA

Ahh I was afraid that would be the case! Unfortunately this was the only one photo the sonographer could get, because baby was moving around so much! After lots of attempts to jiggle around she gave up in the end so we just have this one blurry photo 😂 ah well! Thanks so much for replying
