Have a look here for a good starting point of what to eat and not eat:

The NHS website also has a great resource page for pregnancy:

Pregnancy and diet

Pregnancy is a good time to think about what you’re eating. What you eat now will help your baby to grow healthily and give them the best start in life and help you to feel your best. This food Fact Sheet will help you make those good food choices.

Of course is fine. Just follow NHS advice don’t google or you’d think you can’t eat anything.
