Brown discharge

Hi Everyone

I’m 8 weeks pregnant and today I’ve noticed brownish discharge when I wiped. I can feel some mild pain come and go in my lower tummy. On my 6 weeks early scan the nurse said that the uterus contains an area of haemorrhage…. Could it be that ? I’m really worried and don’t really know who to contact… 😔

Look.up your nearest Early Pregnancy Unit (EPU) and they should advise

Yes definitely EPU. If they’re any good they should offer you a scan

No one can tell, I’ve bled with 6 pregnancies. I have 2 DC so it can be ok, but I’m afraid to say it may not be. Stay calm and try not to worry, but call the EPU

I had this with 2 of my four pregnancies and everything was OK. In fact I bled like this on and off throughout the whole of my third pregnancy. However, I was checked out and had early scans to confirm. I hope all goes well for you x
