I'm 38+5 weeks pregnant today for the past 4 days I've been having random braxton hicks and very light intermittent cramping, is this a sign of somthing starting or am I getting my hopes up, I'd loveeeee to go into labour naturally

It's a sign your body is practising and getting ready for the big event. Congratulations!

Try walking a lot or bouncing on a gym ball. Nipple stimulation and sex. Dancing whilst ironing worked for me, too! (But that was a long time ago and I've learned that ironing is not for me!)

I'm wishing you a straightforward labour, not long until you cuddle your little one. Then the work labour really starts...!

Will do. Cramps have stopped but I've wpke this morning with extreme pressure in "that area" and other signs have been large appetite, mood swings , very emotional , stabbing pelvic pain, braxton hicks , nausea and so tired.. hope I'll be updating soon eh .. just want to meet my baby now. This is my 3rd boy :)
