Has anyone else had stabbing pains in their stomach in early pregancy?

Like your actual stomach, not down near the baby.

I have mild nausea and stabbing pains in stomach. Do you think that is likely to be pregnancy related or a bug?

Hiya, I'm not sure, I remember I got all sorts of crampy feelings. I did have some stabbing pains at one stage but was put down to round ligament pain.

Maybe check with you dr / m/w, but I am sure its fine

I did - had to take to my bed they were that bad - was seriously worried something was going horribly wrong. Was told by mw that it was likely my uterus stretching.
