Hiya everyone first time mummy here i just thought id come on here as i need a bit of reasurance. So im nearly 12 weeks pregnant i have my 12 week scan on tuesay but im so worried. Throughout my whole pregnacy so far ive had little to no symptoms. I had cramping early on thats dissapered, no more sore breast ive had no sickness no cravings no food adversions a few headaches and im now experiencing lower back pain. Im just so worried somethings gone wrong as ive experienced nothing at all. I know i probably shoudnt wish all these symptoms but i do because wothout them im just a constant ball of anxiety.

I’ve been there and now have an energetic toddler!

It’s hard when you don’t have symptoms as you crave them to make the pregnancy feel real. You really don’t want to be sick but think having morning sickness will give you some reassurance.

Honestly now, seeing my friends being really unwell in their first trimester, i now realise how lucky I was!

Hope your scan goes well!

I had no symptoms can't see a reason to have anxiety over it as not every pregnancy is the same
