I'm almost 4 weeks pregnant and I cannot contain my joy!
I must admit though I'm cautiously happy. Every time I go to the restroom I'm terrified that I will see blood. Any other mommies felt the same way?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I felt this way with my first and I still feel this way with my second at 11 weeks!

Congratulations, what incredible news.

I’m 24+1 and still feel the same. Always check when I go to the loo 🙈

Letsgotitans · 07/06/2024 19:47

Yep I have to consciously think 'I'm just going to wipe and check the once' otherwise I could be obsessive about it
And congratulations!

I felt that way my entire pregnant after a mmc the pregnancy before. My bubba is 8 weeks old now! I actually occasionally freaked out at my postpartum blood and then had to tell myself, the baby is here and perfectly healthy! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m coming up for 10 weeks and I have this every time I go to the toilet!! Always checking for blood, it’s reassuring that I’m not the only one who does. I had an awful miscarriage 13 years ago and didn’t think I could have children so it is a little worrying at this stage x

I felt exactly the same with my first but it ended in an MMC. Months later I felt ecstatic to have conceived again and just as excited as the first time, only for it to end in a Chemical. Both times I kept popping to the loo to check for bleeding, etc.

When the third time happens, and I have no reason to think it wont, I will just be shit scared, a complete nervous wreck and the joy will be minor or maybe completely absent but hey ho...

And I did mean to say huge congratulations by tge way. Just read my post and it sounded a bit negative, wasnt meant that way. I try to look st these things with a bit of a sense of humour, or I might go gaga
